Project Arena

Project Arena is the development of a state-of-the-art 12,000-seater multipurpose arena in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria, designed to host diverse events including sports competitions (e.g., NBA exhibitions, basketball, tennis), concerts featuring international and local artists, corporate conferences, exhibitions, and large-scale cultural gatherings.

The project is being implemented through Metrowaves Sports and Infrastructure Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established to hold legal title to the site and oversee the development, management, and operations of the Arena.

The facility is being constructed on approximately 25,266.46 square metres at Plots 5–12 of Block VI, Oniru Chieftaincy Family Private Layout, Victoria Island Annex, Eti-Osa LGA, Lagos State, adjacent to the Palms Lekki Shopping Mall with visibility along the Lekki-Epe Expressway. It’s location adjacent to Palms Shopping Mall is expected to drive foot traffic, cross-promotional opportunities, and overall ecosystem value.
