| Commissioned and operationalised the Kano Solar project, a 10MW solar plan in Kumbotso, Kano State. |

Developed and Institutionalized an ESG framework. -
Signed MoU with the National Council for Climate Change for climate initiatives. -
Launched the maiden edition of the Development Impact Report

Setup a Carbon Fund with Vitol S.A. and seeded the Fund with $50mn (Vitol $30mn, NSIA $20mn). -
Backed Kasi Cloud Ltd, mass-scale data center and digital ecosystem platform company. -
Setup an Agriculture focused Naira Fund and seeded the Fund with N10bn -
Commenced the Healthcare Expansion Programme for 23 new centres (Oncology, Diagnostics and Cath Labs. -
Commissioned and operationalised Project Panda.

| The third NSIA Board was Inaugurated. |

The Authority invested $3.53 million in a JV agreement-OCP ammonia project (MIPL) for a US$1.4billion Ammonia Plant project. -
NSIA fully divested its NAIC-NPK holdings in September 2021. Transitioned to an upstream role in the PFI programme. -
Inclusion of Technology and ESG in NSIA’s investment sector focus areas. -
InfraCredit onboarded Leadway Assurance Company Limited as an equity shareholders. (Its first private institutional investor).
