Project Description
NSIA co-invested with DH Capital through convertible notes to support the phased development of a hyperscale data centre campus in Lekki, Lagos—Phase 1 includes an 8MW core and shell facility and a 4.5MW powered data centre, with expansion to c.22MW per building and an overall campus capacity of approximately 90MW.

The project provided the following impact: supported job creation, attracted foreign investment, strengthened the ICT ecosystem, enhanced business competitiveness, and reduced reliance on offshore data hosting.
