He has worked in various roles in the academic sector over the last two decades and brings a unique set of industry and research-based skills to the Board.
He retired as Chief Lecturer, at the College of Education Nguru and had served as Rector, College of Administration and Business Studies from 2007 to 2016, until his appointment as Chief Lecturer. He is also a director in Kadugum Brothers Nigeria Limited. Mr. Kadugum served as the Honourable Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Yobe State, where he contributed to the state’s growth strategy.
Outside the academia, he had worked as an Internal Auditor at Premier Commercial Bank, General Manager at Bade Transport Service and Industrial Officer at the Federal Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
He holds a Master of Arts in Business degree from the University of Central Lancashire, and a Post Graduate Diploma as well as a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maiduguri. He is a Fellow of the Association of Financial Analysts of Nigeria, Fellow, Institute of Practicing Professionals and Member, Institute of Management Professionals.
