Dr. Segun Ogunsanya is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA). He is an engineer and chartered accountant with over 35 years experience spanning multiple industries, including Telecommunications, Consulting, Banking, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). He is a multi-dimensional business leader who brings a unique blend of strategic insight, technical expertise and financial acumen to his roles.

Mr. Aminu Umar-Sadiq is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA), with significant experience in the financial services sector spanning Public Finance Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Asset Management.

Mr. Kolawole Owodunni is the Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority – responsible for deploying over US$4.3 billion across the Authority’s core funds: Stabilisation Fund, Future Generations Fund and Nigeria Infrastructure Fund.

Mrs. Ijeoma Taylaur is the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA). She is an experienced Business/Finance Executive (FCA) with over 27 years of extensive professional experience across Financial & Business Advisory, Corporate & Management Finance, Private Equity portfolio management, and Audit Assurance.

Professor Fabian Ajogwu is an Independent Non- Executive Director of the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) and Chair of the Board Nominations, Compensation and Governance Committee. 

Ms. Ada Osakwe is an Independent Non-Executive Director at the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) and Chair of the Board Finance and Investment Committee.

Hon. Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA).

Dr. Suleyman Abdu Ndanusa OON is an Independent Non-Executive Director at the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority and Chair of the Audit, Risk and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee.

Ahmed Mustapha Goniri Esq is an Independent Non-Executive Director at the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA). He is also the  Pro-Chancellor and Chairman, Governing Council of the Yobe State University Damaturu, Yobe State.
