ABOUT THE REPORT
We present our third Sustainability Report, providing a transparent account of our environmental, social, and governance performance for the period 1 January to 31 December 2025.

This report has been prepared with reference to the 2021 Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and aligned with the United Nations
Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).

The report encompasses the operations and investments of the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority and its subsidiaries. Where data from portfolio companies or third-party mandates is referenced, this is clearly indicated.

Our reporting continues to evolve in depth and rigour, informed by a revalidated materiality assessment, structured stakeholder engagement, and the priorities of the communities, institutions, and markets we serve. Through this report, we reafǖrm our commitment to transparency, accountability, and delivering sustainable impact for the beneǖt of all Nigerians.
