Mr. Farouk M. Gumel is a Group Executive Director and Executive Vice Chairman (Africa) for the Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group, a global conglomerate operating in 13 countries across Africa, the Middle East and Asia. TGI’s business interests span the entire food value chain from origination/farming, processing, distribution, and branded retail. He is also the Chairman of WACOT Rice Limited, one of the largest state-of-the-art rice mills in Nigeria.

Mr. Aminu Umar-Sadiq holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering Sciences from the University of Oxford. He has significant experience in the financial services sector spanning Public Finance Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Asset Management.

Mr. Ikemefuna Louis Isiekwena is a Partner at Simmons Coopers Partners, a firm of Barristers and Solicitors in Nigeria. SimmonsCooper Partners (SCP) is a leading law firm consistently ranked among the top-tier firms within the country.

Mallam Ali Goni Kadugum is an accomplished academic and technocrat. He brings over three decades of cognate experience spanning the academia, civil service, and banking.

Mr. Kabir Suleiman Oniyangi is a financial services expert with over three decades of relevant experience.

Dr. Ogechi Paschal-Ejiogu is an accomplished Economist with significant expertise in the healthcare and social services sector. She is presently the Senior Contracts Administrator in the benefits department of Kaiser Permanente, one of the largest and best-known health care organizations in the United States.

Sir Tunde Sobamowo is the promoter and founder of Global Asset Management (Nig.) Ltd. He is an erudite and seasoned investment management expert, consummate banker, and experienced financial services professional with decades of post professional qualification experience spanning Auditing, Taxation, Leasing, Banking, Share dealing and Financial Advisory/Business Recovery Services.

Mrs. Olubisi Makoju, is a certified professional accountant with 27 years of experience under her belt. She has progressive audit and finance experience spanning oil and gas, consulting, information technology and financial services sectors.

Mr. Kola Owodunni has served as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at the NSIA since 2020. Kola is a consummate professional with over two decades of cognate experience principally in the financial services sector spanning Investment Management, Risk Management and Treasury.
